Trauma manifests in so many ways. For me, the death of my husband and my twins completely rocked both my mind and my body. 💔 I went almost a year bleeding 20-25 days per month until I was finally scheduled for a D&C. My anemia was so severe it was causing me to pass out and feel constantly weak.
